摘　　要：从系统设计、结构、功能模块以及系统实现等方面介绍了实时参考咨询服务系统,指出了目前实时参考咨询工作中存在的问题,探讨了实时咨询服务的发展方向。After a brief introduction of the design, structure, functional modules and system implementation of real-time reference service system, the problems existing in current real-time reference service were pointed out and its development direction was discussed.
