摘　　要：介绍了新型精密线性光耦器件ＴＩＬ３００的工作原理、特点、参数及应用范围，同时给出了在ＩＧＢＴ逆变焊机中的实际应用电路。The operating principle,typical characteristics,parameters of TIL 300,the new type precision linear optocoupler,and it's fields of application are introdused in this paper.The practical circuit used in IGBT inverter welding is proposed in the paper.
