和谐社会视野下关于农村矛盾问题的思考

摘　　要：当前农村矛盾存在于经济、政治、文化以及社会各个领域,形成这些矛盾的主要原因有:农村经济发展相对滞后;农村民主政治、各种法律法规建设不够完善;农村教育落后、整体思想文化素质偏低;社会对农村支持和关注的程度不高。为了妥善解决这些矛盾,必须进一步深化农村改革,加快发展农村经济;加强农村民主政治和法制建设;发展农村教育和先进思想文化;提高全社会对农村支持和关注的程度,以便实现构建和谐农村的目标。Right now the contradictions in the rural areas exist in the economic,political and cultural fields.The reasons for these contradictions are as follows： first,the economic development is relatively lagging;second,the democratic construction of all sorts of laws and regulations is not perfect enough;third,the education in the rural areas lags behind and the quality of the ideology and culture is not good and finally,the society does not give enough concern and support to the rural areas.In order to solve these contradictions properly,we should deepen the reform,accelerate the development of economy,strengthen the construction of the democracy and legal system,develop the education and advanced ideology and culture of the rural areas,enhance the support and attention from the whole society to realize the goal of constructing a harmonious society.
