摘  要:研究了不同覆盖栽培方式对烤烟根际土壤养分含量及酶活性动态变化的影响,结果表明:覆盖处理相对裸地栽培在全生育期内都不同程度地提高了根际土壤速效氮、磷、钾和有机质的含量及根际土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性;其中,烟株生长前期覆盖地膜,后期揭膜覆秸这种方式全生育期内根际土壤养分变化较为符合烤烟生长的需肥规律,并且根际土壤过氧化氢酶活性的提高减轻了大田生育期内H2O2对烤烟的毒害,脲酶和蔗糖酶活性的变化不仅有利于烤烟生长前期土壤养分的转化吸收,而且有利于烤烟后期的正常成熟采收。The dynamic of rhizosphere soi1 nutrient and enzyme activity in flue-cured tobacco under different mulching regimes were studied.Results showed that compared with natural planting cover treatments may increase content of alkali-hydrolyzable N,available P,available K,organic matters,and the activities of urease,invertase,catalase in rhizosphere soil during the whole growing period.Changes of soi1 nutrients in rhizosphere conformed to the laws of need for fertilizer during the whole period,i.e.covering with plastic film at early growth stag and with straw after uncovering plastic film at late stage.The elevation of catalase activity in rhizosphere abated the damage of H2O2 to plant growth.Change of urease and invertase activity in rhizosphere was not only propitious to transformation and absorption of soil nutrient at early growth stag but also to normal maturation and harvesting in flue-cured tobacco.
