摘　　要：论证了电渣熔铸过程数学模型，形成电渣熔铸导叶工艺过程三维数值模拟软件包ＥＳＲＣ３Ｄ。用此软件包模拟了电渣熔铸全过程。优化了电渣熔铸工艺并应用于大型变曲面水轮机导叶的生产，取得良好技术、经济效益，并使电渣熔铸生产工艺从经验走向科学。Abstract Mathematical models for electric slag remelting casting process have been presented in this paper,the software package ESRC3D of 3 D numerical simulation was developed in order to simulate the whole electric slag remelting casting process.The optimized technological parameters by modeling is used in the manufacture of the guide vane castings of large hydraulic rener generator and the mechanical properties of the castings by ESRC are better than that by sand mold.
