摘 要:通过对定向凝固Ni-20Al-30Fe合金进行的TEM原位拉伸观察得出,塑性1相向脆性β相的变形传递是促进BZ结构q相进行塑性变形的内在机制.首次在该合金中观察到变形传递形成的相界弯折,β相内的位错来自于这些相界弯折两相间的变形传递并不限定在K-S关系中的平行晶面进行位错同相界的作用过程中。The tensile deformational behavior of directionally solidified Ni-20Al-30Fe alloy has beenin situ investigated by TEM. The results show that the deformation transfer from ductile γ phase tobrittle β phase is the inherent mechanisms of promoting ductile deformation of β phase with B2 structure.The curve ledge in phase boundary (PB) introduced by deformation transfer was firstly observed in thisalloy. The dislocations in P phase may be produced by the curve ledge. It can be concluded that thestrain transfer does not take place only on K-S relationship planes. During the process of interaction ofdislocatinns with PB, the phenomenon of dislocation absorption and emission by PB was found.
