摘 要:测定了拉-扭复合加载下,主应变比Ф=-0.5,-0.63,-0.7,-0.8和等效应变幅面。0.5%,0.7%,0.8%,1.0%,1.1%下,Zr—4低周疲劳寿命曲线.分别采用最大主应力、应变,COD应力、应变,最大剪应力、应变,Mises等效应力、应变,LE应变,BMK应变准则,估算了Zr—4单轴、双轴低周疲劳寿命结果表明:应变准则能较好地描述Zr—4双轴低周疲劳寿命,特别是Mises等效应变、最大主应变、最大剪应变所估算的双轴试验数据基本上均匀分布在单轴数据曲线两倍分散带之内;而应力准则所估算的双轴试验数据均偏向单轴数据曲线的上方,说明应力准则不适用.Tension-torsional low cycle fatigue behavior of Zr-4 has been studied at different strainratios of Ф=-0.5, -0.63, -0.7, -0.8 and Mises strain ranges of 0.5%, 0.7%, 0.8%, 1.0%, 1.1% underin-phase loading. The biaxial LCF lifetimes of Zr-4 were evaluated using the stress and strain damageparameters, respectively. The former includes the maximum principal stress, COD stress, the maximumshear stress and Mises equlvalellt stress parameters, the latter includes the maximum principal strain,COD strain, the maximum shear strain, Mises equivalent strain, LE strain and BMK strain parameters.The stress parameters cannot correctly describe the biaxial LCF data within a factor of two scatter band.The testing data locate in more damage side. However, the strain parameters call make the biaxial LCFlifetimes to be within a factor of two scatter band. The Mises strain, the maximum principal strain and themaximum strain parameters are the most suitable strain parameters among the sin strain parameters.
