电针背俞穴联合康复训练治疗脑梗死病人平衡功能障碍的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨电针背俞穴对脑梗死病人平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法将90例脑梗死病人随机分为电针组、康复组和联合组,电针组只采用电针肝俞穴、肾俞穴;康复组采用三级平衡训练法;联合组采用两种方法联合治疗。4周后评测Berg平衡量表和Barthel指数。结果 3组组内治疗前Berg平衡量表、Barthel指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后3组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.001),且联合组优于其他两组(P<0.001)。结论电针背俞穴肝俞、肾俞联合康复三级平衡功能训练可明显提高脑梗死病人的平衡功能及日常生活能力。Objective To explore the influence of electro-acupuncture（EA） on Back-shu points combined with rehabilitation training on balance function and activity of daily living in patients（pts） with cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety pts with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into three groups：EA group treated by EA on Gan-shu points and Shen-shu points,rehabilitation group treated by three level balance training and combined group.After treatment for four weeks,the Berg balance scale and Barthel index were evaluated.Results There was difference in the scores of Berg balance scale and Barthel index in three groups pre-and post treatment（P0.001）.After treatment,there was difference in the scores of Berg balance scale and Barthel index among three groups（P0.001）.The curative effect of combined group was superior to the other two groups（P0.001）.Conclusion EA on Back-shu points（Gan-shu points and Shen-shu points） combined with rehabilitation training could improve obviously the balance function and activity of daily living in pts with cerebral infarction.
