摘　　要：本文概述了国际上量子计算领域的发展战略、组织形式及技术路线图，总结了该领域的最新研究进展，分析比较了量子计算机的技术特点，阐述了量子计算机研制的科学问题和关键技术方向，预测了这一新兴技术在我国的发展前景，提出了面向量子计算的发展策略及需要重点解决的技术问题。This article outlines the international development strategy, organizational forms and technology roadmaps in the quantum computing fields; summarizes the latest advances in this fields, analyzes and compares the technical characteristics of the quantum computer; describes the science issues and key technology direction in the quantum computer development, predicts the evolution of this technology in our country; proposed the strategy for developing the quantum computing and the need to focus on technical problems in this fields.
