摘　　要：欧洲是力争高性能计算（HPC）系统持有量的新兴势力，紧随美国的压倒性优势。最近，欧洲在HPC系统应对方面有了进一步变化。欧洲高性能计算任务小组（HET）提出了建立一个涵盖整个欧洲范围的HPC生态系统（集成HPC系统）的策略和行动计划，本文将概述欧洲HPC的当前形势，并主要介绍HET提出的相关建议方案。Europe is seen to be emerging in its strive for ownership of HPC systems following behind the overwhelming ascendancy of the United States. Recently, further changes in responding to HPC system have been noticed in Europe. The High Performance Computing in Europe Taskforce（ HET ）was set up to propose strategies and actions in order to build a HPC ecosystem （ integrated HPC systems ） that is sustainable within Europe. This paper summarizes the current situation regarding HPC within Europe, and introduces these HET proposals.
