摘　　要：针对软件规模越来越庞大和服务器软件系统希望长期稳定运行的迫切需求，研究提高服务器软件系统可用性的技术方法十分重要。本文论述了软件可靠性技术的发展和现代服务器软件系统对高可用性的新需求和新技术，特别是服务器软件系统的老化现象和解决软件老化的技术和方法。最后通过对软件老化与再生策略的建模分析，说明了实施软件Rejuvenation策略的优势。Because of increasingly large software scale server software system, study of technology and methods and the urgent need of running long-term stably to improve server software system availability is very important. This article discusses software reliability technology and new demands of high availability for modern server software system, especially the aging phenomenon of server software system and the technology of aging-related. Finally, it shows the advantages of the implementation of the software rejuvenation strategy through modeling and analyzing software aging and rejuvenation strategy.
