就业导向视角下文化产业管理专业培养目标的思考

摘　　要：本文试图从就业角度切入,分析我国高校本科学生人才培养模式和构建文化产业管理专业人才培养目标的依据。在此基础上,提出以就业为导向的专业人才培养目标构建,以满足社会对日益发展的文化产业不同领域、不同方向、不同工种和不同岗位的人才需要,不拘一格培养人才。This paper,trying to probe into the angle of employment,analyzes the personnel cultivation model of undergraduate level in the higher education of China and then provides basis for the training aim of the major of cultural industry management.The author,thus,proposes the construction of training aim for specialty personnel from the point of employment orientation to satisfy the social increasing demand for personnel of cultural industry management in different fields,directions,types of job and various posts,so as to train personnel with different ways.
