误种卡介苗4例儿童护理

摘　　要：目的减轻误将卡介苗深层肌肉注射引起的肌肉脓肿、坏死、硬化灶、骨坏死等不良后果。方法因乡村医生不慎对4例儿童误将卡介苗深层肌肉注射,已引起4例儿童注射部位不同程度的红、肿、热、痛。及时使用异烟肼作局部封闭、加服复合维生素处理,并加强营养,提高机体的免疫力等护理。结果经治疗和护理1+月,4例儿童注射部位不同程度的红、肿、热、痛均逐渐减轻,最后消退,未发生肌肉脓肿、坏死、硬化灶、骨坏死等不良后果。结论深层肌肉注射卡介苗后及时使用异烟肼作局部封闭、加服复合维生素处理,并加强营养,提高机体的免疫力等护理,能有效避免误将卡介苗深层肌肉注射引起的肌肉脓肿、坏死、硬化灶、骨坏死等不良后果。Objective To minimize the incidence of muscle abscess, necrosis, sclerosis lesions, bone necrosis and other consequences by deep intramuscular injection of BCG. Methods Isoniazid partial closure and vitamin treatment were provided for 4 children receive non-proper BCG administration with different degrees of redness, swelling, heat, pain and nutrition supplement to improve immunity was given. Results After the treatment and care, the redness, swelling, heat, pain at injection sited of 4 children gradually resolved, no muscle abscess, necrosis, sclerosis lesions and bone necrosis occurred. Conclusion Timely use of isoniazid for partial closure, vitamin treatment and better nutrition to improve immunity could effectively prevent the muscle abscesses, necrosis, sclerosis lesions, bone necrosis and other adverse consequences caused by nonproper BCG administration.
