中西医结合治疗手足口病重症60例临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗重症手足口病的疗效。方法按是否应用中医治疗,将重症手足口病患儿分为治疗组和对照组后对其相关临床信息进行比较分析。结果两组患儿在发热持续时间、神经系统受累持续时间、住院时间、治愈率等方面比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗重症手足口病患者疗效较好,值得推广。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of severe hand-foot-mouth disease＇s treatment with TCM and western medicine.Methods According to whether TCM was used,severe hand-foot-mouth disease cases were divided into two groups：therapeutic group and observed group.Clinical information was compared and analyzed for each group.Results The febrile duration,CNS involvement duration,time of staying in hospital,and recovery rate in two groups were significantly different （P0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion TCM used in the treatment of severe hand-foot-mouth disease could shorten the course and improve its prognosis.This study supported the efficiency of TCM in the treatment of severe hand-foot-mouth disease.
