摘 要:螺纹联接中采用厚垫圈,螺栓的长度加长、刚度变小,在拧紧过程中更易被拉伸,变形增大。而厚垫圈和连接件被预紧力压缩,总的弹性变形量比采用一般厚度垫圈的弹性变形量增大。所以"厚垫圈"结构受载后,需多花费能量才能完全释放它的弹性变形,因此提高了防松效果。铰接车架紧铰点处的隔套采用"内孔切槽"结构,使它在装配过程中,在切槽处产生相对较大的变形,实现两处都紧固的过定位状态,达到"紧铰点"、"双板受力"的设计目的。用设计结构中相关零件的压缩弹性变形特性解释了它们的工作原理。If a higher washer is adopted in bolt connection, the bolt length will get longer and its rigidity gets smaller. During the tightening, it is easier to be extended so that the deformation gets larger. Compressed by pre-tightening force, total elastic deformation of the washer and the connection is larger than that of common height washer connection. In this way, more energy is needed to release its elastic deformation after the higher washer connection is loaded so a higher loose-proof effect can be obtained. An inside-slotting structure is adopted on the bushing in the joint of articulated frame. During the assembly, an over-positioned state of two positions tightening can be achieved to get tight joint and dual plates loaded in the design. Their work principles are illustrated by the compressing elastic deformation characteristics of related components in the designed structures.
