摘  要:为了改善20t振动压路机振动辊轮的制造工艺性,对振动辊轮及其激振结构进行了改进,改进后的振动性能参数与改进前一致。为了验证改进结构的可靠性,对改进后的首台样机进行了1000h振动压实试验,结果表明,振动轴承的温度持续升高,远高于原结构的热平衡温度,且造成振动轮的O形圈无法持续工作。为此,对新结构的振动轴承及温度场进行了计算,通过改变偏心机构的搅油半径和对搅油宽度的调整,最终得到了合理的热平衡温度。In order to improve manufacturing processes of vibratory drum for a 20 t vibratory compactor, drum design and its exciting mechanism are modified and vibratory performance parameters after improvement are the same as before the improvement. To verify the improved structural reliability, 1 000 hours vibratory compaction test is conducted on the first prototype machine. It was found that the bearing temperature continued increasing to a temperature far higher than original heat balance temperature so that O-ring in the drum couldn't work continuously. Aiming at the problem, the bearing's temperature and its temperature field are calculated. Through modifying the oil mixing radius and adjusting the oil mixing width, rational heat balance temperature is obtained at last.
