摘　　要：随着公路体制改革的发展,经济环境发生了根本性的变化,企业经济增长方式由粗放型逐步转向集约型。加强财务管理是企业可持续发展的一个重要环节,也是企业财务管理中的一项重要工作目标。文章针对内蒙古牙克石市公路养护管理站财务管理中存在的问题提出对策。With the development of highway system reform,the fundamental changes in the economic environment have taken place,the pattern of economic growth in enterprises transfers gradually ＂extensive＂ to ＂intensive＂ model.It is an important part of sustainable development for enterprises to strength financial management,and also is an important goal for this management.In view of problems in the financial management in Yakeshi Highway Maintenance and Management Company,this article presents some strategies for dealing with them.
