人微小病毒B19感染与不良妊娠结局关系的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人微小病毒B19感染与不良妊娠结局的关系。方法计算机检索1999年～2010年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP-维普)、万方-数字化期刊全文库,并辅以文献追溯的方法,收集国内公开发表的有关人微小病毒B19感染与不良妊娠结局的相关文献。应用RevMan4.2.10软件进行Meta分析。结果将7个研究结果加权合并,累计病例513例,B19DNA阳性率20.5%;累计对照743例,B19DNA阳性率3.8%;合并OR=6.68(95%CI:4.10～10.88)。结论国内人微小病毒B19感染与不良妊娠结局发生有显著关联。Objective：To discuss the relationship between the infection of human parvovirus B19 and the abnormal pregnancy.Methods：We searched literatures about the relationship between the infection of B19 and the abnormal pregnancy in CNKI database,VIP database,and Wan fang database,which were published form 1999 ～ 2010.The Cochrane Collaboration＇ s software Rev Man4.2.10 was used to analyze them.Results：Results of 7 studies were weighted.A total of 513 cases and 743 controls were collected.The B19 infection rate of the cases and controls was 20.5% and 3.8% respectively.The odds ratio was 6.68 （95% CI：4.10 ～ 10.88）.Conclusion：Human parvovirus B19 infection is associated with the incidence of abnormal pregnancy in our country.
