二维及彩色多普勒超声对胎盘血管瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨二维结合彩色多普勒超声对胎盘血管瘤的诊断及对临床的指导意义。方法回顾性分析了经病理确诊的9例胎盘血管瘤的超声表现及妊娠结局。结果 9例肿瘤中8例单发,1例多发;7例位于胎盘胎儿面,1例位于胎儿母体面,1例位于胎盘实质内;1例瘤体迅速增大而出现并发症,新生儿死亡。1例胎死宫中,2例出现宫内窘迫,5例瘤体直径小于5cm且复查无明显增大,孕妇妊娠至足月分娩。结论二维结合彩色多普勒超声是产前诊断胎盘血管瘤的有效方法,并可选择性指导妊娠。Objective：To explore the diagnostic value and clinical significance of 2DE and CDFI in placental chorioanfioma.Methods：To summarize the ultrasonic appearance and the pregnancy outcome of 9 cases confirmed as placental chorioangioma by pathology.Results：Among 9 cases,there are 8 cases of solitary tumou and 1 case of mulitiple tumor.There are 7 cases located in the placental fetal surface,1 case located in the placental maternal surface and 1 case located in placental essence.Complications had happened in 1 case with rapidly increasing tumor.No complications ocuured in 5 cases with the tumor of less than 5cm.Conclusion：Combination with 2DE and CDFI is the modus operandi in the prenatal ultrasonography on placental chorioangioma to direct gestation selectiviely.
