普伐他汀对颈动脉粥样斑块及血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察颈动脉粥样硬化患者血脂的变化及普伐他汀治疗对其的影响。方法:136例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者,随机分为药物干预组(A组)和非药物干预组(B组),A组给予普伐他汀(20mg/天)口服;B组采用物理治疗,如控制饮食减轻体重等,治疗12周及24周后,观察颈动脉粥样斑块的变化及血脂的改变。结果:普伐他汀在治疗12周时,TC、LDL-C也有明显下降,但IMT未见明显缩小。治疗24周后,患者颈动脉MIT斑块面积和易损斑块比率均明显改善(P<0.05),血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:较长时期服用20mg/天普伐他汀,可在降低血脂的同时有效消退颈动脉粥样斑块。Objective:To investigate the effect of pravastatin on carotid plaque and blood in patients.Method:One hundred and thirty-six patients with carotid atheroma were treated with pravastatin(20mg/d)for twelve weeks and twenty-four weeks.The carotid artery inner-intermediate thickness(IMT) was examined by the color Doppler and the level of lipids were observed before and after treatment.Results:After twenty-four weeks of treatment,the IMT was obviously decreased and levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C were decreased.But after twelve weeks of treatment,the IMT did not change obviously though lipids were lowered.Conclusion:Pravastatin can prevent the progress of carotid atheroma and can obviously decrease blood lipid.
