摘  要:经历了十年的课程改革历程,农村教师仍然面临着参与课程改革的困惑。这主要表现在,教师的观念落后,课程改革热情受到制约;学历水平受限,难以理解和驾驭课程改革;学校领导对教师参与课程改革缺乏有力支持。本研究的目的在于回答怎样才能有效地推动农村的课程改革。通过质化研究的方法,以中西部农村教师的观念及学历为视角,反思农村课程改革的瓶颈,并为农村的课程改革提供建议。Through the years,the rural teachers are still facing with the confusion involved in the curriculum reform. This is mainly manifested in several aspect such as:teachers’conception was so far behind,curriculum reform enthusiasm constrained,limited education levels,difficult to understand and control curriculum reform,school leaders who involved in curriculum reform did not give strong support for teachers. The purpose of this study is to answer the question how to effectively promote rural curriculum reform?Through qualitative research methods and the concept and perspective of education of teachers from western area to reflect the bottleneck of curriculum reform in rural areas. And to provide suggestions in rural areas of the curriculum reform.
