摘　　要：朝鲜和伊朗是与中国友好的国家,同时又是和美国极端敌对的国家;两国研发核技术甚至武器化的倾向遭到国际社会的普遍反对;中国面临着首先维护本国的地区核心利益,同时又进行最大限度对双方利益的调节,以消弭核扩散巨大威胁的艰巨任务。North Korea and Iran have been on good term with China,whereas extremely hostile to US. These two countries’ inclination of nuclear technique research and development and even weaponization has been universally opposed by international society. China,as a permanent member of the Security Council,is facing firstly the problem of maintaining its nuclear benefit in these two countries and at the same time adjusts the antagonistic interests between the two sides – the western countries headed by US and North Korea and Iran by the greatest extent in order to accomplish the hard task of eliminating the great threat brought by nuclear proliferation.
