摘　　要：采用实地考察、文献调查、专家访谈等方法对彭州市的认证情况和认证质量进行了调查,分析了彭州市认证业存在的问题及其原因,并对加强认证管理提出了五点措施。On the basis of investigations for general situation and quality of certification business of Pengzhou city by means of field survey, document-research and expert-interviews,this article aims to analyze the problems exited in certification business and give several advices on how to strengthen the management of certification.
