摘　　要：[目的]了解镇安县医务人员HIV/AIDS职业暴露防护知识的知晓情况及影响因素,为防护知识培训提供依据。[方法]自行设计调查问卷对镇安县614名医务人员进行HIV/AIDS职业暴露及防护知识调查。[结果]医务人员对艾滋病职业暴露及防护知识的知晓率不高,防护意识不强。[结论]需要加强医务人员的艾滋病防治和职业暴露防护知识培训,提高医务人员的防护意识和暴露后应急处理能力,减少艾滋病职业暴露的风险。[Objective] To explore the status of knowledge and the factors related to HIV /AIDS occupational exposure and self-protection in health workers of Zhenan County and provide basis for further education and training.[Methods] Selfdesigned questionnaire were used to investigate 614 health care workers of Zhenan County.The questionnaire contained knowl-edge about HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and selfprotection.[Results] The knowing rates of the knowledge about HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and selfprotection among health workers were very low.[Conclusion] It is urgent to strengthen the training about knowledge of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and self-protection among health workers,enhance the selfprotection awareness of health worker and their post exposure management skills in order to reduce the rate of the occurrence of occupational exposure to HIV infection.
