摘  要:试验研究发泡剂种类和用量以及铝粉用量对EPDM发泡材料吸声性能的影响。结果表明,发泡剂ACP-W用量为12份时,胶料的硫化速度与发泡速度匹配较好,能够获得在中低频区域吸声性能优异的发泡材料;铝粉用量为50份时能够提高发泡材料在中低频区域的吸声性能。The effects of the type and addition level of blowing agent as well as the addition level of aluminum powder on the sound absorption property of EPDM foam were experimentally investigated.The results showed that,when the addition level of blowing agent ACP-W was 12 phr,the sound absorption property of EPDM foam in low and middle frequency was excellent because the curing rate matched the foaming rate.When the addition level of aluminum powder was 50 phr,the sound absorption property of the EPDM foam in low and middle frequency was obviously improved.
