高校基建工程招标阶段的造价控制对策

摘　　要：招标阶段作为基建工程一个承上启下的阶段,对于确定和控制工程造价、降低业主风险具有特别重要的作用。针对招标阶段存在的各种问题提出相应的对策,以有效控制造价。As a connecting link in the stages of projects,bidding stage has a special important position for the identification and control of project cost and the reduction of risks for the owners.In this paper,countermeasures are proposed to the problems existing in the bidding stage,which can effectively control cost.
