摘　　要：为适应BT项目业主方与建设方在合同签订阶段制定最优回购方案的决策需要,从BT项目投资回购实际出发,通过对回购价款进行数据分析,建立回购收益模型进行优化决策,设计并开发了某市BT项目最优回购方案决策支持系统软件,进而制定切实可行的投融资对策。In order to meet the needs of owner＇s optimal repurchase schemes in the contract stage,based on the practice of BT project invest repurchase,through the repurchase scheme＇s price data analysis,it establishes repurchase income model.Decision-making system software of optimal repurchase schemes is designed and developed to establish the feasible financial strategies.
