摘 要:在碱性条件下以十六烷基三甲基氯化铵为模板剂,采用水热晶化法合成了Cr取代介孔磷铝分子筛,并通过XRD、N_2吸附、EPR等分析测试手段进行了表征。结果表明,合成的分子筛为缺乏长程有序的介孔结构。催化性能测试结果表明,该分子筛(Cr-MAP)在乙苯选择性氧化制备苯乙酮反应中呈现优良的催化性能:同时研究了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、TBHP/乙苯摩尔比等因素对反应的影响。以氯苯为溶剂、叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)为氧化剂,在8 mmol乙苯、16mmol TBHP、40mg Cr-MAP、5mL氯苯、100℃、反应时间8h的条件下,乙苯转化率为72.8%,苯乙酮选择性为85.4%,苯乙酮产率达到62.2%。A Cr-substituted mesoporous aluminophosphate molecular sieve (Cr-MAP) was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization method using cetyltrimethylammonium chloride as templating agent. The obtained Cr-MAP sample was characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption, EPR and etc. to show that the sample was a typical mesoporous molecular sieve, which was short of long-range ordered crystal structure. Results of evaluation indicated that Cr-MAP exhibited excellent catalytic performance for selective oxidation of ethylbenzene with tertbutyl hydroperoxide to acetophenone and the influences of reaction conditions were studied. Under the conditions of using 8 mmol ethylbenzene, 5 mL chlorobenzene as solvent, 16 mmol TBHP as oxidant, over 40 mg Cr-MAP catalyst, a reaction temperature of 100 ℃ and a reaction time of 8 h, the conversion of ethylbenzene, the selectivity to acetophenone and the yield of acetophenone reached 72.8%, 85.4%, and 62.2%, respectively.
