国产连续重整成套技术在装置改造中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了中国石化洛阳分公司700kt/a重整装置使用国产连续重整成套技术进行改造的情况。对装置的开工过程及标定结果进行了叙述和说明,对装置运行过程中出现的压缩机喘振、催化剂循环提升不畅、催化剂再生设备腐蚀、反应加热炉热负荷不足等问题进行了分析,采取相应的措施进行了整改优化,使装置生产达到了满负荷稳定运行状态。结果表明,洛阳石化重整装置采用国产技术进行改造取得了成功,重整生成油的质量和处理量有了明显的提高,为国内其它同类装置进行扩能改造提供了经验。The application of domestic CCR whole set technology in the revamping of the 700 kt/a CCR unit of SINOPEC Luoyang Company was introduced, as well as analyzing the start up of unit, performance test results and existing problems, such as surge of recycle hydrogen compressor, difficulty in catalyst circulation, corrosion in regeneration system and insufficient heat duty of heater. Countermeasures for ensuring the unit running in full capacity steadily were summarized. Final results showed that this revamping was successful, the unit throughput and the qualities of reformate were improved significantly, which could be a reference for the revamping of other similar units.
