摘 要:目的探讨高位脊髓横切(SCT)大鼠慢性期自主神经反射异常(AD)的可能机制。方法 SD雄性大鼠暴露脊髓,横切T4节段,术后2、8周分别选取发生AD的大鼠作为实验组(AD组),采用组织病理学、计算机图像分析技术和电镜超微结构技术对大鼠腹主动脉连续切片进行观察,并与假手术组(S组)进行比较。结果与S组比较,术后2周AD组大鼠腹主动脉内皮细胞部分脱落,术后8周内弹力膜破坏、出现分层,有增殖的平滑肌侵入。结论大鼠SCT慢性期AD的发生可能与腹主动脉内膜发生重构有关。Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of rats with autonomic dysreflexia (AD) after spinal cord transaction. Methods The fourth thoracic spinal cord of rats was transected and the rats with AD were chosen as group AD on the 2^th and 8^th week after operation, respectively. The spinal cord of rats was exposed, but not transected in group S as the control. Histopathological examination of abdominal aorta, computer figure analysis and electron microscopy were performed and the results were compared between two groups. Results Compared with group S, abdominal aortic endothelial cells in group AD were worm-eclipsed and desquamated partly on the 2^nd week after surgery. Eight weeks later, internal elastic lamina was destroyed and stratified, among which smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration were observed. Conclusion AD in the chronic stage of SCT may be related to the remodeling of abdominal aorta in AD rats.
