摘 要:本文介绍了V-EPC铸渗工艺,探讨了各种工艺因素对铸渗层宏观质量的影响并进行了理论分析。研究结果表明,V-EPC工艺铸渗的工艺简便实用,可以避免EPC铸渗工艺中的气孔和夹渣等缺陷。要得到高质量的铸渗复合层,必须选择与铸铁液润湿性好的增强颗粒,合理选择与颗粒匹配的基体材料,采用粗颗粒的结构,根据铸件壁厚涂覆不同厚度的颗粒层,并采用较大的静压头高度、较高的真空度和适当的浇注温度。In this Paper the V-EPC cast-in-place hardfacingg process were introduced The process injfluences on the macroscopic qualities of compositing layers by cast-in-place hardfacing were discussed. The theoretic analysis was caried on. The resultsshow that it is feasible to use V-EPC cast-in-place hardfacing process to manufacture surface compositing layers. The defects ofblow hales and slag inclusion in EPC cast-in-place hardfacing process can be eliminated by virtue of V-EPC process, In order toObtain significant compositing layers reinforced particulates whose wettabilities on molten cast iron are excellent must be selectalMatrix materilas matching with particulates should be selected properly. Structures of coarse particulates should be adoptes. Thecoating thickness ought to be determined according to the thickness of castings. Higher fall head and vacuum dgree, adequate pouring temperature are for needed.
