摘 要:随着越来越多的分布式电源(DG)接入配电网,必须协调好配电网规划与DG配置之间的关系。通过引入节点灵敏度系数矩阵和单位负荷增量成本矩阵,提出了能够计及无功影响的配电网节点/支路边际容量成本模型及其计算方法,并应用于分析DG并网对网络容量紧张程度的影响。采用节点/支路边际容量成本变化量指标评估和量化DG起到的延缓网络升级扩容的作用,讨论了基于变化量指标的用户自备和电网公司所有2种产权形式的DG规划,重点介绍了电网公司产权的DG优化配置模型和算法。算例仿真中,考虑了不同的DG功率因数、并网容量和接入位置以及不同的配电网负荷水平等各种场景,得到了一些有益的结论。As more and more distributed generators are embedded in distribution network,it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between distributed generator allocation and distribution network planning.By introducing node sensitivity coefficient matrix and unit load incremental cost matrix,a locational/branch marginal capacity cost model is established and used to evaluate the influence of distributed generators on the adequacy of network capacity.Locational/branch marginal capacity cost variation indices are proposed to quantify the distributor network capacity deferral benefit brought about by distributed generator.Two distributed generator installation scenarios are analyzed based on the proposed variation indices, with emphasis on optimal allocation model and algorithm of distributed generator owned by distribution network operators. Various case scenarios with different power factors,capacities and locations of distributed generator and different load levels of distribution network are examined.The results obtained are reported and discussed.
