摘　　要：提出了一种基于调度自动化系统的主站集中式备用电源自动投入(以下简称备自投)系统。介绍了系统的软件体系结构及功能实现,包括备自投建模、网络监听、动作条件判断、闭锁条件判断及序列控制模块。同时,分析了系统的特点及现场运行情况。该系统有效解决了传统备自投装置的局限性,从全网的角度出发,充分利用了调度自动化系统的信息采集及电网分析功能。该系统既可替代实现原有备自投装置的功能,又能作为原有装置的有益补充。A new centralized wide area automatic switchover system based on dispatching automation system is proposed.The software architecture and functional implementation are introduced,including the automatic switchover modeling,network monitoring,acting conditions judging,locking conditions judging and sequence controlling modules.Meanwhile,characteristics and field operations of the system are analyzed.The system can overcome the limitations of the traditional automatic switchover device effectively,and can make full use of dispatching automation system’s information collecting and network analysis functions from the point of view of the whole power grid.The proposed system can not only replace the existing automatic switchover device,but also can be a useful addition to it.
