摘 要:针对YP2.5-A型遥控跑车存在结构复杂、体大笨重、运行速度慢、适用范围窄、造价高等问题,在生产性试验基础上,设计出了改进型的YP-2型遥控跑车。分析了YP-2型遥控跑车、JSD3-2型绞盘机的结构和性能参数,从技术可靠、经济合理的角度,提出SJ-2/2型遥控跑车索道在林业集运材作业中的应用条件。SJ-2/2型遥控跑车索道与传统缆索吊车相比,具有索系简单、安装与拆卸方便、操作容易且自动化程度高、技术先进、生产效率高、营运成本低、经济效益显著的特点。Because YP2.5-A type remote control car exists several problems: structure is complex,volume is large,weight is bulking,operating speed is low,area of application is narrow and costing is high.YP-2 remote control car was designed based on productive experiments.YP-2 type remote control car,the structure and performance parameter of JSD3-2 type winch were analyzed.Application condition of SJ-2/2 type remote control car in plantation logging clearing was presented from technical reliability and economic rationality.According to comparison with the traditional cable crane,the SJ-2/2 type remote control car ropeway has characteristics of simple ropeway system,convenient installation and teardown,simple operation as well as high degree of automatization,advanced technology and high production efficiency,low operating cost,remarkable economy benefit.
