摘 要:为了实现快速低成本的装配线设计与制造,在模块化的基础上引入组件的概念,提出了一种组件化的设计方法,并用于装配生产线的快速定制设计与制造中。对组件、组件实例、组件化和组态进行了定义,给出了组件化设计的方法和流程。通过元素识别、元素聚类、元素集概括抽象实现了系统的组件化并建立了组件库;提出了生产线快速定制设计的组态法则,构造了组态成套方程,并给出了组件实例化的过程。结合某装配线的设计与制造,进行了应用验证。实践结果表明,采用组件化设计方法,装配线的开发周期和效率均得到了显著提高。In order to design and manufacture assembly line rapidly with low cost,a concept of component was led in based on modular design.Componentization methodology was proposed and used for rapid customized design and manufacture of assembly line.Component,component instance,componentization and configuration were defined respectively.Componentization method and procedure were presented.Componentization was realized by the steps of element identification,element cluster and element set abstraction,and then a component library was built.Configuration principles of rapid customized design for assembly line were put forward.Configuration outfit formulation was constructed and the processes of component instantiation were presented.It was applied to design and manufacture an assembly line.The application was tested to improve the development cycle and efficiency.
