摘 要:以HNO3和HF溶解样品,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定三种精矿粉(铜精粉、铅精粉、锌精粉)中Ag、La、Yb、Cd、Co、Ga、In七种伴生元素的含量。通过试验选择各元素最佳分析谱线,并对基体干扰及共存元素之间的干扰进行探讨。在选定的实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.4~5.4 ng/mL,样品加标回收率为93%~109%。方法应用于三种精矿粉中七种伴生元素的分析,测定值与ICP-MS法的测定结果相一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)为1.4%~4.8%。该技术对提高有益元素的回收率以及对伴生元素的综合利用具有参考价值。The samples were dissolved with HNO3 and HF.The content of seven accompanying elements(including Ag,La,Yb,Cd,Co,Ga and In) in three concentrate fines(copper,lead and zinc) were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The optimal analytical lines for testing elements were selected by experiments.The matrix interference and interference between coexisting elements were discussed.Under the selected experimental conditions,the detection limit of method was 0.4-5.4 ng/mL,and the recovery of standard addition was 93 %-109 %.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of seven accompanying elements in three concentrate fines.The determination results were in good agreement with those obtained by ICP-MS,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=10) was 1.4 %-4.8 %.This method had instructive significance to the improvement of beneficial element recovery,and the comprehensive utilization of accompanying elements.
