中空纱强力影响因素的探讨

摘　　要：探讨中空纱强力影响因素及其规律。选择芯纱含量、包芯纱捻度、芯纱毛羽及包芯纱捻向作为影响因素,采用正交试验方案并进行方差分析,判别四因素对中空纱强力影响的显著程度;并进一步分析了各影响因素与中空纱强力的关系。结果表明:在芯纱为有捻短纤纱的情况下,包芯纱捻向、芯纱含量对中空纱强力有显著影响;包芯纱捻度、芯纱毛羽对中空纱强力影响不显著,但芯纱毛羽对中空纱的中空结构稳定性有一定影响。Effect factors and rules of hollow yarn strength were discussed. Effect factors of core yarn content, core yarn hairiness,core-spun yarn twist and twist direction were selected, orthogonal test and variance analysis were adopted to judge influential degree of four factors to hollow yarn strength ,relationship between each effect factor and hollow yarn strength was analyzed further. The result shows that in the condition of short fiber yarn with twist as core yarn ,core-spun yarn twist direction and core yarn content effect hollow yarn strength obviously. Core-spun yarn twist and core yarn hairiness do not effect hollow yarn strength obviously,while core yarn hairiness effect the yarn hollow structure stability in certain degree.
