棉镀银长丝赛络包芯纱成纱性能测试

摘　　要：为提高棉镀银长丝包芯纱的包覆效果,采用赛络纺与包芯纱技术相结合的赛络包芯纱工艺纺制棉镀银长丝包芯纱。对其包覆效果、成纱毛羽、条干、强力等指标进行了测试,并与传统棉镀银长丝包芯纱进行了对比分析。结果表明:具有特殊包缠包覆结构的赛络包芯纱与传统包卷包覆结构的单纱包芯纱相比,包覆效果更好,成纱强力、条干、毛羽等各项性能指标也均有明显的改善。To improve covered effect of cotton silver-plated filament core-spun yarn,processing of siro core-spun technology which combined siro spinning and core-spun spinning was adopted. Covering effect, finish yarn hairiness, evenness, strength were tested and contrasted with traditional cotton silver-plated filament core-spun yarn. The result shows that comparing with traditional covered structure core-spun yarn covered effect of siro core-spun technology is better,the finish yarn strength,evenness,hairiness etc indexes could be improved obviously.
