摘  要:探讨降低精梳棉结的工艺技术措施。从分析棉结产生的基本原因入手,对几个棉纺厂降低精梳棉结的实例进行了分析,指出:精梳准备工序是降低棉结的重点工序,应合理设定牵伸倍数和罗拉隔距,严格控制小卷质量,减少黏卷,增加下吸风装置,保持通道清洁。在控制好开清棉和并条等工序棉结的基础上,精梳工序通过确保梳理元件及清洁毛刷良好状态,合理控制风量,正确设定锡林梳理定时、梳理隔距及落棉隔距,选用大角度锡林和密齿顶梳,严格控制温湿度,就可以在控制精梳棉结方面取得较好的成果。Processing measures of reducing neps and impurity in comb were discussed. From the aspect of producing neps basic causes,examples of several mills reducing neps in comb were analysed. It is pointed out that combing preparation process is the key process of reducing neps. Draft multiple and roller gauge should be set rationally,lap quality should be controlled strictly,lap adhesion should be reduced, down air suction device should be added and spinning channel should be smooth and clean. On the basis of control blowing-opening and drawing neps,statuses of carding element and cleaning brush should be ensured, air capacity should be controlled rationally, cylinder carding timing, carding gauge and noil gauge should be set correctly,temperature & humidity should be controlled strictly,larger angle cylinder and larger density top comb should be selected, finally better effect of control comb neps could be realized.
