摘  要:目的:分析心血管疾病患者血浆中维生素B12(VB12)与高同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的关系,及两者对患者病死率的影响。方法:测定113例心血管患者血浆中HCY和VB12的浓度,比较两者的相关性及对患者5年生存率的影响。结果:性别、年龄、VB12缺乏、高HCY与心血管疾病的复发具有一定的相关性,并且男性心血管病疾病患者与女性相比更易复发;心血管疾病患者血浆中VB12和HCY有明显的相关性;高HCY可以显著影响心血管疾病患者的5年生存率。结论:VB12降低可以增加机体HCY的水平;与VB12相比,高HCY可以显著影响心血管患者的5年生存率。Objective To assess the correlation of vitamin BI2(VBI2) deficiency and hyperhomocysteinaemia (hHCY) in patients with cardiovascular disease, and their impact on mortality. Methods Sera were collected from 113 patients with cardiovascular disease. The levels of VBI2 and homoeysteine (HCY) were detected. Then the Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC)of Bi2 and HCY was analyzed by the SPSS15.0 package. Five years later,the survival rate of these patients was calculated and the effects of the two factors, VBI2 deficiency and hHCY, on the five- year survival rate were evaluated. Results There was a positive correlation between the risk of cardiovascular diseases and age, VB12 deficiency or HCY. Compared with the females, an increased risk of a recurrent cardiovascular event was observed in male patients. In sera from cardiovascular patients, there was a significant relationship found between VB12 deficiency and HCY. High HCY significantly decreased five-year survival rate, but VBn had no effect on it. Conclusion The deficiency of VB12 may increase serum HCY level. High HCY level could increases the risk of cardiovascular.
