摘 要:为满足按照断裂力学方法进行静冰压力分析的需要,对淡水冰的断裂韧度进行了系统的试验研究.三点弯曲试件采用天然原型冰制作,试验温度为-2℃和-8℃,应变率为6.25×10-5s-1、6.25×10-6s-1和6.25×10-7s-1,在已公开发表的文献中这是很少涉及的试验参数条件.结果显示:S1型柱状晶粒冰的断裂韧度随着应变率的降低和温度的升高而增加,KIC=86.2~226.0kPa·m1/2,比通常在较低温度和较高速率条件下的测量值有显著的提高.In order to meet the need of static ice pressure analysis in the way of fracture mechanics,a systematic test study of the freshwater ice fracture toughness has been accomplished.Natural ice was taken to prepare three-point bending specimens.The test temperature was -2 ℃ and -8℃.Strain rates were 6.25×10-5s-1,6.25× 10-6 s-1 and 6.25×10-7 s-1.Such a parameter scope is rarely presented in the published literatures.The results show that the fracture toughness of S1-type columnar grains ice increases with reducing strain rate and increasing temperature.The freshwater ice fracture toughness K1C=86.2~226.0kPa·m1/2,which has a remarkable increasing as compared with that in normal conditions with lower temperature and higher strain rate.
