摘　　要：结核杆菌细胞壁抗原一直是新型结核病疫苗、新诊断方法和抗结核新药物的研究靶标。近十几年来人们关注到一类菌壁糖脂——脂阿拉伯甘露聚糖(lipoarabinomannan,LAM)。LAM是细胞壁的主要成分,发挥重要的免疫效应,且在结核病诊断、治疗、预防方面有很高的研究价值。本文就LAM的结构、提取纯化方法、生物合成、功能、临床应用作一简要综述。The cell wall of Mycobacterium tuberculosis contains a number of antigens,several of which are attractive targets for efficient vaccine,accurate diagnostic tests and comprehensive therapies against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.The cell wall component lipoarabinomannan （LAM）,which has been studied for decades,is valuable for diagnosis,prevention and therapy of tuberculosis,and exhibits a wide spectrum of immunoregulatory effects.This review summarizes the current opinions of LAM about its structure,biosynthesis,purification,function,and clinical application.
