摘　　要：建立了毛细管胶束电动色谱分离测定复方茶碱片的新方法。对缓冲溶液的ｐＨ值，十二烷基硫酸钠及磷酸盐浓度对分离的影响进行了考察。应用外标法进行了定量测定，茶碱、非那西丁、苯巴比妥的测定精密度（用相对标准偏差表示）分别为３．９％、 １．６％、１．９％，检出限分别为 ５．６ ×１０~－３ｍｇ／ｍＬ、 １．６×１０~－３ｍｇ／ｍＬ、 １．１×１０~－３ｍｇ／ｍＬ。A method was established for the separation and determination of effective components of compound theophyllinum tablet by using MECC. The effects of pH of buffer solution and concentrations of lauryl sodium sulfate and phosphate on the separation were investigated. The external standard method was used for quantification. The RSD's were 3.9%, 1.6%, 1.9% and the detection limits 5.6 × 10^-3, 1.6 × 10^-3, 1 .1 × 10^-3mg/mL for teophyllinum, phenobarbitalum and phenocetin, respectively.
