摘　　要：介绍了用毛细管气相色谱法分析二苯基二氯硅烷及其共存杂质含量的方法。色谱柱为ＳＥ－５４毛细管技（２５ｍ × ０．２５ｍｍ ｉｄ），氮气为载气（２ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ）。检测器为ＦＩＤ。定量采用面积归一化法。本法准确，简便。六次平行测定结果，标准偏差为０．０３３３，变异系数０．０３４６％。The analysis of dichlorodiphylsilane and its coexistent impurities by capillary gas chromatography is described. The separation was performed on a SE-54 on a SE-54 column (25m×0.25mm id) with helium as carrier gas. the detector was FID. the peak area normal- ization was used for quantification. The method is precise and convenient. The standard deviation was 0.0333 and the coefficient of deviation was 0.0346%.
