摘　　要：结合黄河中上游梯级水库，本文研究了多年调节水库起调水位对联合调度的影响，提出了获取多年调节水库年末消落水位控制规则和风险分析方法。该研究对多年调节水库调度运用具有重要的实用价值。Combinf with the reservoir operation on upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River, this paper discusses the effect of the different beginning regulation levels of the multi year regulating storage reservoir upon the united water disposal, and also suggests the method for obtaining the controlling rules and the risk analysis of the year end levels of multi year regulating storage reservoir, being of practical importance in joint operation of multi year regulating storage reservoir.
