陕西中小企业融资风险规避问题研究

摘　　要：从中小企业在陕西的重要地位阐述入手,分析了中小企业的融资现状,指出其存在着融资方式单一等融资难的问题,中小企业自身问题、社会服务体系不健全、金融结构不尽合理等是中小企业产生融资风险的原因所在,最后对陕西中小企业如何防范融资风险提出了建议。After the discussion on the important position of small and medium enterprises in Shaanxi,an analysis focuses on the financing state of these enterprises.It is pointed out that there are some problems of financing difficulty like the single means of financing and so on.Meanwhile,it is presented that financing risks in small and medium enterprises are actually caused by small and medium enterprises＇ own problems,the imperfect social serving system and the insensible finance structure.At last,some suggestions are put forward about how to avoid financing risk in small and medium enterprises in Shaanxi.
