摘 要:采用微米级的碱式碳酸镁作为原料,用一步烧结的方法制备铁电材料0.67Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.33PbTiO3(PMNT)。经过1200℃烧结后, XRD测试没有发现烧绿石相。与传统的使用氧化镁为原料的两步烧结法相比,此方法方便。同时,系统地研究了此方法可以避免烧绿石相的原因。Ferroelectrics 0.67Pb ( Mg1/3Nb2/3) O3 -0.33PbTiO3 ( PMNT) were prepared by one -step sintering method with micron-sized 4MgCO3·Mg (OH)2·5H2O as precursor. Pyrochlore phase was not observed after sintering at 1200℃ by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Compared with two-stage columbite method which is using MgO as starting material, one-stage method is more convenient. The reason why this one -stage method could avoid pyrochlore phases was also systematically investigated and discussed.
