替米沙坦对高血压病伴阵发性心房颤动患者P波离散度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨替米沙坦对高血压病伴阵发性心房颤动患者P波离散度(pd)及心房颤动发生率的影响,探讨其预防心心房颤动动的疗效。方法:将107例高血压病伴阵发性心心房颤动动的患者随机分为替米沙坦组(52例)及对照组(55例)。结果:治疗3个月后两组最大P波时限(Pmax)、Pd均较治疗前下降,但替米沙坦组比对照组的Pmax、Pd下降的更多,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:替米沙坦能够降低高血压病伴阵发性心房颤动患者的P波离散度,减少心房颤动的发生率。Objective： To study the effect of Telmisartan in decreasing the P wave dispersion（Pd）and the occurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in essential hypertension patients.Methods： 107 patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were divided into Telmisartan group（n=52） and control group（n=55）.Results： After 3 months,Pmax and Pd in Telmisartan group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Telmisartan could decrease the P wave dispersion and risk of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in essential hypertension patients.
