摘　　要：目的:探讨血塞通注射剂不良反应特点及相关因素。方法:检索2003～2008年国内医药学期刊报道应用血塞通注射剂所致不良反应案例,并进行统计、分析。结果:血塞通注射剂可致免疫、心血管、消化、沁尿等系统不良反应,尤以变态反应为主。结论:分析发生不良反应的相关因素,提请临床医护人员积极预防,并采取措施,尽可能地避免或减少不良反应的发生,进一步提高公众用药安全。Objective： To discuss the characteristics and the correlated factors of adverse reaction induced by Xuesaitong Injection.Methods： Adverse reaction cases induced by Xuesaitong Injection were analyzed between 2003-2008.Results： Immunity system,cardiovascular system,digestive system,uropoiesis system adverse reaction can be induced by Xuesaitong Injection,and the mainly adverse reaction was manifested as allergic reaction.Conclusion： More attention should be paid to the adverse reaction induced by Xuesaitong Injection.Adverse reaction rate should be avoided or reduced in order to im-prove the safety of the drug.
