摘　　要：目的:探讨外来器械清洗-灭菌整个过程中的环节管理,在确保灭菌质量的同时保证器械安全,避免因处理环节管理不当引发纠纷。方法:我院自2009年11月正式开始对在我院使用的外来器械从清洗到灭菌整个流程进行处理,外来器械灭菌存在着一些风险,如器械清洗质量、包装体积、重量、灭菌质量、器械丢失等问题。结果:我院采取了防范管理措施,尽量避免以上一系列问题的发生。结论:加强对外来器械的环节管理,避免了纠纷的发生,保证了器械的清洗、消毒、灭菌质量。Objective： To discuss the management of entire process from cleaning to disinfection of extraneous appliance,to ensure the effect of disinfecting and secure the appliance,avoiding the dissension caused by misgoverning.Methods： Since November 2009,our hospital had standardized the procedures from cleaning to disinfecting all the extraneous appliances that would be utilized in our hospital.There were some risks when disinfecting the extraneous appliance,including the effect of appliance cleaning,packing size and weight,the effect of disinfecting,and the problem of missing items,etc.Results： Our hospital had taken countermeasure against,and helped avoiding disputes due to mismanagement.Conclusion： By strengthen the management of the processing of extraneous appliance,we＇ve avoided dissension and ensured the effect of appliance cleaning and disinfecting.
